Orders and Payments

Payment can be made via credit/debit card through the VPOS of DSK, via Pay-by-Link, or by bank transfer. Bank details will be specified on the customer invoice.

Visa (debit, credit, business), Mastercard (debit, credit, business)

Transactions are secured via Mastercard IdentityCheck and VISA Secure.
The maximum amount payable by card is BGN 15,000 or the equivalent in EUR, CHF, or USD.

We do not store any customer data, including credit/debit card details.

Refunds for card payments will be credited to the same card used for the original transaction.

Payments are accepted in BGN, EUR, CHF, and USD.

VAT is mandatory for all Bulgarian customers and is set at 20%.
For EU customers, VAT is applied only if required under EU VAT laws.
Customers with a valid VAT number within the EU are exempt from VAT.
VAT is not charged for customers outside the EU.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we do not collect or store any personal data.
